Software Engineers (Front-End Developers/Java Developers) – You develop efficient, secure applications, peer-review code, and document solutions within an agile-blended software environment. In this role, you work on infrastructure, security, and quality assurance to continuously improve processes and engineering excellence.
Network Engineers – You will be part of an engineering team that manages the domestic and global network operations of Copart. In this role, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of Copart's Domestic and Global Data Center and remote office networks.
IT Security Engineers – You will ensure that security operations are exceeding the highest of security standards. As part of the Copart IT Security Operations Team, the person filling this role should have a passion for threat hunting, responding to security incidents and communicating across lines of business.
Network Operations – You will monitor the operation of a datacenter environment and various hardware platforms. In this role, you will recognize, diagnose and independently act on hardware and software malfunctions and error situations to ensure processing is in accordance to instructions. You will recognize issues and perform escalations and notification activities to appropriate senior operations or systems staff.
Software QA Engineers – You will think about the many different aspects of product quality, such as functionality, usability and performance. In this role, you will be familiar with test automation strategies and technologies. You will also have a rich mix of domain knowledge, technical skills and testing expertise - all from a user-oriented perspective.
Help Desk Positions – You will provide a direct contact point for customers and onsite field personnel. Candidates will need to be accurate, professional in servicing and routing customers to the correct team where necessary. Help Desk Representatives will act as customer service ambassadors while ensuring a positive customer experience.
