Title Procurement Roles
- Customer Service Representatives – You will be an expert in all Title Procurement customer service topics, with the exception of settlement approvals and inventory management. In this role, you will be responsible for taking phone calls and giving claim updates, processing of total loss packets, working with lien holders to secure payoff information, and much more.
- Title Processors – You will be responsible for knowing all Title Procurement customer service tasks, opening/scanning mail, answering basic questions and giving claim updates over the phone, processing of total loss packets per state guidelines, notifying the insurance company after final compliance review, inventory management and more.
