Owner of MDW Motors, Michael Wancowicz, has been a Copart Member for 2 years and visits the Copart Baltimore #32 location every single day! Mike conducts thorough searches using his Copart Mobile App to find the right vehicle and make the best purchase possible—whether it’s a $200 vehicle or a higher value vehicle.
Mike likes the fact that at Copart, he can conveniently bid on more vehicle options than just cars. “I’ve bought UTVs, boats, jet skis, even motorhomes,” he says.
Using the Copart Mobile App, Mike finds which vehicles are closest to him first before previewing them in person. He finds the Mobile App to be easiest to use when bidding and buying since he constantly has his phone with him at all hours of the day.
When it comes to the Copart website, Mike thinks the Buy It Now and Make an Offer features are the best and work hand in hand. “If I have a customer looking for a Toyota Corolla, I jump online, I try to find one that’s on Buy It Now. If there isn’t one, I try to make an offer on one,” he says.
He also likes using the Add to Watchlist feature saying, “You can put a car during the week on your Watchlist and when it comes up on auction, you can be on 15 different screens at one time! They’ll even make an announcement that your car is up next…and you won’t miss the deal.”
