Copart Gives Back

Charitable giving is an important part of Copart’s culture

Copart locations across the United States support a wide variety of organizations and causes. Our philanthropic efforts are organized on a local level to make the biggest impact in the communities that house our business. Copart gains an invaluable feeling of unity and accomplishment from working as a team to help our communities.

We’re proud to participate year-round in causes that raise money for communities affected by natural disasters, increase funds and awareness to charitable causes, and give immediate relief to families and individuals.

Canned Food Drives

Recently, the IT Yards Team collected more than 300 cans of food and helped pack 10,000 pounds of food at the North Texas Food Bank (NTFB). NTFB provides meals for children, seniors and families in need across 13 counties in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area.

The volunteering initiative was started years ago by the late IT Director Arvind Peechara and the team has since turned it into an annual event to celebrate his memory and help the community.
