Do I have to be a business in order to use the Copart GO App?
Yes, you must have a business license in order to upload your vehicles to the GO App. Learn how to be a dealer here.
How long are the vehicles kept up on your auctions?
Our vehicles remain on the app until they sell, or until the Seller decides to pull the vehicle.
What are the fees if my vehicle sells through the GO App?
3% of the sale price; $100 minimum, $300 maximum.
What if I already have an Off-Site Seller Code?
You will still need to be assigned a unique seller code in order to list your vehicles through the GO App. Contact your local account manager or email Go.App@Copart.com for more information.
If I am outside of the U.S., can I add my inventory to the GO App?
Yes. You can assign vehicles through the GO App from anywhere around the world.
Where do I deliver my vehicle to once it sells on the Copart GO App?
Your vehicle will need to be delivered to the specific Copart location that hosted the auction that your vehicle sold through.
How long do I have to deliver my vehicle to the Copart location?
After payment, you have two business days to deliver your vehicle to the corresponding Copart location.
Do I need the title to feature my vehicle on the GO App?
Yes, you will need to upload images of the title when you list your vehicle on the GO App.
