In Massachusetts, dealers, dismantlers, general businesses and exporters will need to provide Copart an operational license, a sales tax license and sales tax exemption forms. Dealer licenses (Class I and II), the dismantler license (Class III) and the general business license are all issued by your local city or town.
The Sales and Use Tax Registration should be obtained from the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.
